Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe will result in Account suspension and restriction of all Deposit and Withdrawal functions. 171apk reserves the right to decline verification and close Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory documentation.
171apk accepts Deposits via the following Indonesian banking and e-wallet channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum Deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum Deposit limit, although individual payment channels may impose their own transaction limits. 171apk does not charge any fees for Deposits; however, Your bank or payment provider may apply their own processing fees.
Deposits are typically credited to Your Account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. In rare cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes due to technical delays from third-party payment processors. If Your Deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact customer support with Your transaction reference number.
All Deposits must originate from a payment account held in Your own legal name. Third-party Deposits are strictly prohibited. 171apk reserves the right to request proof that Deposited funds are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of illegal activity. Suspicious transactions may be reported to relevant authorities.
You may request a Withdrawal of Your Account balance (excluding any active Bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) at any time, provided Your Account is in good standing and fully KYC-verified. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in Your own legal name. Third-party Withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
The minimum Withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no maximum Withdrawal limit per transaction, although VIP tier status may influence processing priority and speed.
Standard Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours for verified Accounts. VIP Silver members enjoy priority processing (under 4 hours), and VIP Gold members receive same-day instant Withdrawals. Processing times exclude weekends, public holidays, and periods of exceptional transaction volume.
171apk does not charge Withdrawal fees. However, Your receiving bank or payment provider may deduct their own transfer or processing fees from the Withdrawal amount.
171apk reserves the right to delay or decline Withdrawal requests under the following circumstances:
In such cases, 171apk will conduct a thorough investigation and may request additional documentation before releasing funds. If fraudulent activity is confirmed, the Account will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
171apk offers various Bonuses and promotional incentives, including but not limited to: Welcome Bonuses, Deposit Match Bonuses, Cashback offers, Free Bets, and Loyalty Rewards. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and validity periods.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses require a minimum wagering turnover before Withdrawal is permitted. Wagering contribution rates vary by game type (e.g., slots contribute 100%, table games contribute 10-20%). Users found engaging in Bonus abuse will have all Bonuses and associated winnings voided, Accounts suspended, and may be permanently banned from Our platform. 171apk reserves the right to recover any funds improperly obtained through Bonus abuse.
Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except through completion of wagering requirements. If You request a Withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, all Bonus funds and winnings derived from Bonus play will be forfeited. Only Your original Deposit balance and any winnings from non-Bonus play will be eligible for Withdrawal.
All bets placed on 171apk must be made in good faith for entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
